Shipping
We only provide shipping within New Zealand. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Your freight total will appear in your cart. Delivery is to a physical address only - no PO Boxes. Rural Delivery surcharges apply.
Return Policy
All my ceramics leave the studio in excellent condition with plenty of packaging, however sometimes accidents happen enroute. On receiving your order, please check that there are no cracks or damages that have occurred in transit. If your item has been damanged in transit, I will endeavor to replace the item as fast as possible but with limited edition designs there may be a slight variation in the design, size or colour huh of the replacement piece. If your items arrived damaged, please email enquiries@muckypawspottery.co.nz within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the broken item and its original packaging. It is up to you to look after your ceramic piece once it is in your care. Our ceramics are made from high quality, high fired clay and are durable but like with any pottery, not unbreakable.
Items will not be exchanged or refunded for change of mind.
Secure Payment
The website is SSL secured. We accept all major credit cards or if you'd rather, payment can be made by direct credit into the Mucky Paws Bank Account. Please select your preferred option at check out. For those paying by direct credit, your item will not be shipped until payment is received.
Pick Up
Pick up from the studio is available by prior arrangement only. Please email enquiries@muckypawspottery.co.nz prior to placing your order.
